Creating a LogonXP theme

If you are thinking about creating a Logon XP screen, please take something in consideration.

This is an easy app to be skinned, but we (the moderators) are seeing several new themes that are being made just using a wallpaper background.

Please understand that Logons are NOT just a single wallpaper. They shell have also skinned the buttons, that are not that much and are easy to do, so, please don't think lazy and make them too, to have the theme done.

From now on, all the themes that are not complete will be rejected from the moderators as are other skinned programs.

I just uploaded one, treetog. It's my first but I'm pretty sure I got everything skinned. I'm pretty meticulous but if I did miss something, hopefully I can get some advice from experienced logon skinners on what to look for.

I submitted too ages ago that were accepted, but I think I probably hadn't skinned the buttons, I may just have to update them now that you mention it.
